My background
I bring a unique mix of experience to the table. I am a U.S. Navy veteran and have spent years in the federal government as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, working in recruitment, policy, and organizational processes.
I hold a master's degree in digital marketing and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in business analytics and artificial intelligence. My background in process improvement, compliance, and operations taught me how to build structure, and I now apply that same approach to help business owners create efficient, profitable, and sustainable systems.
Why I started Anchor & Elevate
I kept meeting incredible entrepreneurs who had the vision, the expertise, and the heart to make an impact, but their systems were scattered across multiple tools or didn't exist at all.
They were brilliant at what they do, but spending too much time trying to manage leads, send emails, book appointments, take payments, and keep track of clients. I knew there had to be a better way.
So I created Anchor & Elevate Marketing Agency to help business owners build the infrastructure they need to support their growth. Because you shouldn't have to choose between doing the work you love and running the business behind it.
What I do
Through Anchor & Elevate, I help coaches, consultants, speakers, service-based businesses, and organizations design and implement complete business systems using the AEMA platform and other strategic tools.
